Character Design for "Krabat" by Otfried Preußler

These Character Designs are part of my Diploma graduating art school.
"Krabat" is a well known fantasy novel abut a Sorbian Miller and his apprentices, taking place in 17th century Germany. Krabat, the main character of the novel has to face his master, who taught him the dark arts.
I chose to bring the story to a modern setting and involved traditional German clothing into 2017 street wear.
